Knight Anoles are interesting lizards and I love the way they look. They are close to a foot long so they are impressive. This guy was brought in with his back legs gone below the knee and now that he is hurt they don't want him. Everyone wants a perfect ...  more

I have a group of Western Hognose Snakes. They are funny spunky little snakes. They hiss and threaten and carry on if they hear the slightest noise, but if I pick them up they calm right down. If they get really scared, they play dead. Even knowing that, ...  more

I have an assortment of skinks of different kinds. They live in multi lizard, multi species tanks. As long as they have the same habitat requirements they seem to do just fine together.

Jake has a deformed spine. His first owner tried to care for Jake, but did not know how. Jake tied himself in a knot and couldn't get free. He had trouble eating. I set him up in a tiny tank so he could lean against the walls. I used "hydrotherapy" when h...  more
